Registration

The C&T conferences are single-track conferences that contribute to developing an interdisciplinary community. The conference format aims to facilitate critical discussion across disciplinary and national borders in the field. The conference series is affiliated with EUSSET – the European Society for Socially Embedded Technologies. The conference will be hosted by the Department of Software Engineering of the School of Engineering Science at LUT University.

The C&T 2023 main conference fees include:

• participation in the main conference (3 days: May 31 – June 2, 2023)
• the welcome reception
• the conference dinner
• the conference package
• lunch and coffee breaks

The C&T 2023 workshops / Doctoral colloquium only fees include:

• participation in the workshops / doctoral colloquium (2 days: May 29-30, 2023)
• the welcome reception

Please note

• If you want to benefit from a reduction in the registration fees, become an EUSSET member by registering here.
• Before you start the registration process, please make sure you have the EUSSET Membership ID accessible, if applicable.
• An additional conference dinner ticket costs €85.
• An additional welcome reception ticket costs €75.
• The student rate is only available to full-time students. Students must provide proof of full-time status such as a student identification card, on-site at the time of check-in.
• Refund requests must be submitted to the conference chairs on or before May 19, 2023. A €100 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. C&T 2023 cannot accept refund requests after May 19, 2023.
• The program of the conference website is correct to the best of our knowledge, however, we reserve the right to make changes to the program, location, and speakers without prior notice.
• The conference does not take responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
