We have compiled a list of hotels near the venue and have secured room allotments at discounted rates for two hotels.
Solo Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone (DISCOUNT RATES END 15.05)
Room allotment 28.5. – 3.6.2023
Main building of the hotel (total of 40 rooms per night):
- Standard single room: 101 EUR / room / night
- Standard twin room: 121 EUR / room / night
The room rate includes breakfast and VAT. The check-in is possible starting on 3 PM on the arrival date, the check out latest at noon on the day of departure.

The deadlines for the room allotment are as follows:
- 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, on 3.4.2023, we would release 25% of available rooms from the allotment.
- 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, on 17.4.20233, we would release 50% of available rooms from the allotment.
- 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, on 15.5.2023, we would release the rest of the available rooms from the allotment.
GreenStar Hotel Lahti (DISCOUNT RATES END 11.05)
Room allotment 28.5. – 3.6.2023
Total of 30 rooms per night:
- Single room: 84 EUR / room / night
- Twin room: 94 EUR / room / night
Rates are net and include VAT. If there are any changes in VAT, GreenStar Hotels reserves the right to change the rates.
Guests will reserve rooms (and pay by themselves) from reception . Reservation code ”Comtech conference”, deadline for reservations 5.5.2023. Release of allotment after that for unbooked rooms.
